The owners of this modern and stylish house lacked privacy as the glass facade of the house faced the street. Therefore, they asked for a natural looking garden that would curtain the street, while not diminishing the interior.
The driveway on both sides prevented lengthwise line up of plants, so the key design idea was to position green planting on a circular line to screen the interior from the street. All plants used in the landscaping are resistant to Florida’s harsh climate while sitting in harmony with the surroundings.
As the Palm tree s grow, the stems may have prevented the privacy that was asked for therefore dwarf date palms were planted with upright growing planting beneath.
This combination used in the garden offer the clients privacy and comfort while maintaining the light and spaciousness of their home.
